Generix Group participe au salon Expofranchise
Generix Group sera présent à la 13ème édition du salon Expofranchise à Lisbonne, du 9 au 11 mai. Sa présence au salon a pour but d'attirer l'attention des masters franchising afin d'utiliser la solution AGIL dans leurs réseaux de magasins.

Generix Group becomes a JBoss (division of Red Hat) Certified Solution Partner
The Generix Collaborative Entreprise ERP and the Gen'ki solution are going to support JBoss Enterprise Application Platform
On February the 18th 2008, Generix issued new shares: 1.000.008 (in addition with the others). This is the result of the Infolog acquisition by the group.

Aumento del capitale sociale di GENERIX grazie all'apporto di azioni della società INFOLOG SOLUTIONS
La Direzione della società Generix, su delega fatta durante l'assemblea generale mista in data 5 settembre 2007, ha approvato il 28 dicembre 2007 l'operazione di aumento del capitale apportando azioni della società INFOLOG SOLUTIONS.
Generix Group, editore di software per il mondo del retail, pubblica oggi il risultato dei propri conti consolidati IFRS del primo semestre dell'esercizio 2007/2008 (periodo dal 1 aprile al 30 settembre 2007).
